Registering for Flip Factory or Fit Kids Calgary Programs
To register for fall programs at the Flip Factory or Fit Kids Calgary, click onto the following link. To register for Fit Kids Chestermere see info below. Our online registration site is secure and endorsed and monitored by the Alberta Gymnastics Federation. Please note that there is a convenience fee charged by ActiveNet; this convenience fee of approximately 3.5% is absorbed by the Flip Factory's 5% discount for registering online. Priority registration for participants in the Spring 2010 Session ends July 31. Public registration opens August 1. Space is limited and classes fill quickly - register in August to avoid missing out!

Payment by M/C or Visa is required when booking a birthday party ($250). We run our birthdays from September to June on Friday afternoons and evenings and on Saturday afternoons and evenings. Please have a few dates in mind before phoning. For 'choice' times phone atleast 2 months in advance. Cancellation Policy for Flip Factory and Fit Kids Programs
Refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:
- Written notice of child needing to withdraw must be emailed to darlene@flip-factory.com. Refunds will be processed after receiving written notification.
- Long term illness (4 weeks or more) and child will not be resuming with the program, (Doctor's note is required).
- Child strongly dislikes the program or there are behavioral issues which put the child and other participants at risk. Written notification from the parent must be received prior to the fourth class.
- Child withdraws from the day care. (Day care participants only).
- Refund amount will be calculated less fees for classes attended less the $25.00 Alberta Gymnastics Federation insurance/registration fee and a $10 office processing fee.
- Switching classes after the program has commenced: $10/change/child.
