How To Register

Flip Factory and Fit Kids Programs fill up quickly! Please do not leave registration to the last minute - your child may miss out.

To register for Flip Factory Programs

  1. Phone 403-617-9591 or 403-265-2656 or e-mail register@flip-factory.com . This is not an automated payment system; you will need to speak to a real person!
  2. Payment is required at the time of registering (Master Card or Visa)
  3. Download the “Alberta Gymnastics Federation Recreational Participant Registration Form” and bring this to the first class. Additional forms will be available at the gym.
  4. Your receipt will be e-mailed to you.
  5. Monthly payment plans are available; for more information email register@flip-factory.com.

To register for the Fit Kids Chestermere Program

  1. Phone 403-617-9591 or 403-265-2656 or e-mail register@flip-factory.com . This is not an automated payment system; you will need to speak to a real person!
  2. Payment is required at the time of registering (Master Card or Visa)
  3. We usually have a table at the Chestermere Rec. Centre’s Energizer Registration Night (Mon. Jan. 12 6-8pm).
  4. Download the “Alberta Gymnastics Federation Recreational Participant Registration Form” and bring this to the first class or to the Energizer Registration. Additional forms will be available at the gym.
  5. Your receipt will be e-mailed to you.

To book a Flip Factory Birthday Party

  1. Phone 403-617-9591 or 403-265-2656 or email birthdays@flip-factory.com. This is not an automated payment system; you will need to speak to a real person!
  2. At the time of booking a $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required (Master Card or Visa). The balance of $140 is due the day of the party.
  3. Cancellation policy: $100.00 deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy for Flip Factory and Fit Kids Programs

Refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Written notice of child needing to withdraw must be emailed to darlene@flip-factory.com.
  • Long-term illness (4 weeks or more) and child will not be resuming the program.
  • Child strongly dislikes the program or there are behavioural issues which put the child and other participants at risk. Written notification from the parent must be received prior to the fourth class.
  • Child withdraws from the day care. (Special Edition participants only).
  • Refund amount will be calculated less fees for classes attended less the $20.00 Alberta Gymnastics Federation insurance/registration fee and a $10 office processing fee.
  • Switching classes after the program has commenced: $10/change/child.
