Birthday Parties

Basic Information

Two hour birthday package includes:

  • 1 hour and 15 minutes of nonstop activities led by our Flip Factory staff.
  • 45 minutes in the party room for food and gifts. You can order in pizza or bring your own food.
  • Your party is the ONLY group in the Flip Factory Gym during your booked time.
  • Reverse bungee (4 yrs and up), foam pit, climbing wall, trampolines (6 yrs and up), jumpy tents (7 and under), ropes, bars, wall to wall gym mats and more!
  • Parties suitable for 5 - 12 year olds. Please note that parent participation is required for pre-school parties:  1 parent for every 3 children 4-5 yrs.  1 parent for every child 3 and under.
  • Flip Factory poster for the birthday child
  • Flip Factory invitations (free download)
  • You can invite up to 14 friends (maximum of 15 participants permitted, this includes the birthday child and siblings).
  • Cost: $250 (includes GST)

Activities can include:

    • Parachute games
    • Mission Impossible (uses all equipment - trampolines, foam pit, climbing wall, bars, ropes, rings)
    • Reverse bungee
    • Dr. Dodgeball
    • Terminator Game

A waiver form with participants’ names, ages, parent contact number and parent signatures must be brought to the Flip Factory on the day of the party. Link for form is at the bottom of this page. If signature is missing on the form, child cannot use the reverse bungee or trampolines.

Ensure that guests dress appropriately: Shorts or sweats, T-shirt, barefeet, no jewelry, long hair must be tied back.  No dresses, skirts , jeans or leotards that cover the feet.  For safety and comfort reasons children wearing dresses, jeans or belts will not be able to use the reverse bungee or jumpy tents. (Downloadable invitations acknowledge appropriate attire).

Party Room Information

  • We have two party rooms - one has access to freezers and microwaves one does not.  If you require a freezer and microwave, be sure to indicate this at the time of booking.
  • You can arrive 20 minutes prior to your booked time.  Upon arrival you are welcome to unload your gear in your party room.
  • Any guests who arrive before your booked gym time can congregate in your party room.
  • An instructor will lead the group to the gym for 1 hour and 15 minutes of gym time.  Please ensure the children's shoes and socks are removed.
  • You have 45 minutes for eats and treats in your party room.  After this time an additional 15 minutes has been allotted for clean up. 
  • You are responsible for basic clean up after your party: Wipe counters and tables, garbage and recycling placed in appropriate containers, sweep and/or mop the floors if necessary.
  • You are welcome to decorate the party room but please keep in mind that the FUN is in the gym - kids will remember the gym activities more than anything else! You might want to ‘keep it simple’ in the party room.
  • You are responsible for your group once they enter the party room. Children are not allowed to reenter the gym after their designated gym time is over.
  • Bring water bottles for your guests!

To Book Your Party

  • Parties are offered September through June on Fridays and Saturdays. We do not offer birthday parties in July and August.
  • Birthday bookings are $250.00 (GST included). This covers exclusive use of the facility - gym and party room, two Flip Factory coaches to instruct and supervise all gym activities, invitations (free download), a Flip Factory poster and the most fun your child can have at a birthday party.
  • Full payment is due at the time of booking, (M/C or Visa). Refunds will be provided up to 2 weeks prior to the party less a $100 cancelation fee.  No refunds after this time.
  • Switching the date/time of your party after it has been booked is permitted up to 2 weeks prior to the original booked date.  There is a $20 charge. No refunds or switching of dates after this time.
