Birthday Parties

Basic Information

Two hour birthday package includes:

  • 1 hour and 15 minutes of non-stop activities led by our Flip Factory staff.
  • 45 minutes in the party room for food and gifts after your gym time. You can order in pizza or bring your own food.
  • Your party is the ONLY group in the Flip Factory Gym during your booked time.
  • Reverse bungee!! Foam pit! Climbing wall! Trampolines and more!
  • Parties suitable for 2 - 13 year olds.
  • You can invite up to 15 friends.
  • Cost: $240 (includes GST)

Pre-school Parties (2 - 5 year olds)

  • Maximum number of children on the gym floor is 16.
  • Parent participation is required - 1 parent for every 3 pre-schoolers. Parents can stand/sit at assigned spots around the gym to ensure children are going in the right direction around obstacle courses, taking turns on trampolines, following safety rules, etc.
  • Pre-school party activities can include:
    • Parachute games
    • Fun warm-up to music
    • Two giant obstacle courses that include the foam pit, trampolines, ropes, rings, bars, tunnels and slides
    • Giant indoor toboggan hill
    • Reverse bungee
  • A list of all participants’ names, ages and parent contact numbers (cell and home) must be emailed or faxed (403 265-2606) to the Flip Factory 3 or more days before the birthday party. Download birthday form.
  • Ensure that guests dress approximately: Shorts or sweats, T-shirt, barefeet, no jewelry, long hair tied back.

Youth Parties (6 - 13 year olds)

  • Maximum number of children on the gym floor is 16.
  • Parent participation is optional. Parents are welcome to sit and watch, join in or have a coffee and relax in the party room.
  • Youth party activities can include:
    • Parachute games
    • Mission Impossible (uses all equipment - trampolines, foam pit, climbing wall, bars, ropes, rings)
    • Reverse bungee
    • Dr. Dodgeball
    • Terminator Game
    • Sniper Game
  • A list of all participants’ names, ages and parent contact numbers (cell and home) must be emailed or faxed (403 265-2606) to the Flip Factory 3 or more days prior the birthday party.
  • Ensure that guests dress approximately: Shorts or sweats, T-shirt, barefeet, no jewelry, long hair tied back.

Party Room Information

  • Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to your booked time and the party room must be ready for the next group at the end of your booked time.
  • You are responsible for basic clean-up after your party: Wipe counters and tables, garbage and recycling placed in appropriate containers, sweep and/or mop the floors if necessary.
  • You are welcome to decorate the party room but please keep in mind that the FUN is in the gym - kids will remember the gym activities more than anything else! You might want to ‘keep it simple’ in the party room.
  • You are responsible for your group once they enter the party room. Children are not allowed to re-enter the gym after their designated gym time is over.
  • Bring water bottles for your guests!

To Book Your Party

  • Parties are offered September through June on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. We do not offer birthday parties in July and August.
  • Party bookings fill up quickly! We recommend that you book 2 to 3 months in advance.
  • Birthday bookings are $240.00. This covers exclusive use of the facility - gym and party room, two Flip Factory coaches to instruct and supervise all gym activities, invitations (free download), a Flip Factory poster signed by all party-goers and the most fun your child can have at a birthday party.
  • A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. $140.00 balance is due the day of the party.
