Trampoline, Tumbling and Reverse Bungee

Kids, teens and adults will enjoy this exciting program! Participants are taught trampoline skills using safe, logical progressions. Numerous non-inverted skills must be mastered before advancing onto “flips”. Safety, control and technically correct skills are the focus for the trampoline and tumbling components. For that added “thrill” participants will also use the reverse bungee systems. These giant “jolly jumpers” enable participants to moon walk, fly like Superman and flip with minimal effort. Non-stop activity in this program. How much fun can exercise be? Just watch us!

For each participant’s safety and comfort, please consider the following:

  • long hair must be tied back
  • no jewelry or large hair bobbles
  • wear shorts or pants that stretch and do not have zippers, buckles, buttons or belts (this is very important when using trampolines or the reverse bungee)
  • wear a t-shirt or sweat top that will not slide over the head when participants are upside down; tighter fitting is better
  • bare feet are best; thin rubber soled gym slippers
  • layer clothing, especially in the colder months
  • bring a water bottle
  • participants are not permitted on the equipment before the class starts or after the class has finished
  • participants will be instructed to sit in the viewing area inside the gym if a parent is late for pick-up
